AI level changed???

For some reason my last 2 races - Baku and Singapore. The ai is 4-5 seconds a lap faster than real life at my usual setting of 100. For Baku I had to drop my ai by 16 just to be a bit competitive. Singapore is looking like the same. And the Madring more than 20 reduction. Are these tracks just really op or has something been updated?

    Update in case anyone sees this looking for answers. Singapore has an ers bug which means you cant deploy the battery beyond 60 or  so percent. Madring is recognised to have very badly balanced ai. I guess I just suck at Baku.
