Driver career request

One thing that has always annoyed me about driver career is having to start as a rookie in each new game. For example being Max’s team mate at red bull is impossible as you have such a low rating compared to him you get very few resource points. So I’d like to request the option for the player to be a rookie as now, or maybe functionality that allows you to choose your driver from the previous game so it brings across rating, results history, stats etc or the player can manually input basic stats like rating to a new driver so your not considered rookie as such by the teams
