Broadcasting - Camera angles
I've commentated on F1 games since 2018 and ended up getting 'real-world' work from it.
I look at how the Creator Series has run and of course for good/ or bad how PSGL exploded and saturated the market and whilst the league racing scene may not be as big as it was over COVID, but there is still a pretty big viewership.
I do not know why the developers haven't made any changes to 'spectator' mode possibly ever?
I know obviously for console there are data/storage limitations but I'd love to have at least a much varied camera angle choice much like you see on other games such as being able to swap to helicopter, front nose, rear wing, chase cam and 'crowd' came where you get a POV as if you were in the stands.
If I could also add anything else I'd let the spectator role also be able to be 'director' to which you can have locked for online
Director can
- Add/remove penalties
- Set flags
- Change weather
- SC/VSC release
I'd love to hear others thoughts on a varied camera setting or race director.
