Can only pick teams based on car performance

After the driver career rework from last year, you can only move to teams that are close in performance to your current team. So if you win every race in a sauber, you'll still only get offers from the bottom teams.

I like the idea of getting a contract being somewhat challenging, but I would rather have the 23' system where you just chose what team to go to instead of this.

This also makes it impossible to do a Sainz for and move from a fast team to a slower without nerfing your current team.
