We're still taking a look to see what could be causing this. If you're able, can you run the EA Error Reporter so we can gather some specific details from your EA app? That may give us a bit more insight here.
Steps for that can be found below, much appreciated if you're able to capture that info!

Hi just a quick update, it has now happened to me aswell on star wars battlefront II , it only seems to happen to games i havent added to my library, if i try to add to my library i get the download error message

Thanks BobbyFCGMast, that's a good bit of info!
With that in mind, can you try going Offline in the EA app with the option below, then back Online?
After doing that it may help to go through the Help > App Recovery > Clear cache option one more time before seeing if you can add the game to your library and download/launch.
If this is taking place across multiple titles, there are some additional threads in the EA app boards that may have more relevant troubleshooting for the specific errors you've mentioned. The steps below have helped in particular with the There's a problem with your download error, but are a bit more involved so I'd definitely check the above option first to see if that helps.

EA_Mako i have tried to go offline and online and clearing the cache but it has done nothing, ive also tried to install the ea app on another drive to see if that does anything or that maybe my eaplaypro has ran out but my next billing is on the 16th of june, so im a bit stuck on what to do now as it seems ive tried any option to fix this
