F1 25 Running at low CPU affinity

Hi, 

I have a problem where F1 25 runs at a low CPU affinity, using two out my eight available cores. Whenever I try to set the affinity in administrative task manager, access is denied.

How do I fix this?

If this cant be fixed I am refunding the game.
