F1 75 celebration livery

Is there a way to acquire the 75 celebration livery, I bought the Iconic edition and have seen the livery on other cars but I dont have it. Is there a way to buy it or gain it?

I think it might have been a preorder bonus but i will check with one of the CM’s to see if it is available still
