I had the same issues, even in Breaking Point just couldn't hear any of the characters voices.
Fix for me was to change a couple of settings on my tv and PS5 PRO
On the TV (LG CX OLED) in the sound settings i changed from Bitstresm to PCM.
On the PS5 PRO in the sound settings i changed from Dolby Atmos to PCM
