Missed F1 World Season and Challenge Career trophys from inbox

Hi everyone! I ran into an issue where I didn’t receive the trophy for reaching Gold rank in F1 World Ranked Season 2. After the latest update, I got an in-game message saying I finished the season in the “Gold” category, and I claimed the trophy from my inbox — BUT it doesn’t show up in the list of earned trophies, and I can’t place it on the shelf. Has anyone else experienced this issue? 

I also didn’t receive the trophy for the Season 1 "Challenge Career" with Lewis Hamilton. I claimed the trophy from my inbox — BUT it doesn’t show up in the list of earned trophies... It’s a small thing, but still frustrating that the trophies I’ve earned don’t appear in the list of received trophies and can’t be placed on the shelf.
