My Team Custom drivers

the new my team structure is very good but my only disappointment on it is you cannot create custom drivers for the team as well as the lack of emblems. For the emblems we have the podium pass and store for sure. But for the drivers it would be amazing to create our own drivers. I understand it’s for realistic purposes but seeing button, DC, mika, senna and Schumacher on the grip is a bit far fetched on my opinion where if we could add drivers to the my team using the driver career mode would be more fun possibly or just just a flat out 2 new drivers 

also is there still no update on the consoles fix for radio to the engineer?? The controllers have built in speaker and mic now and is it possible to use them to be able to talk to the engineer ??
