Updating the performance and appearance of cars

When will we be able to get performance updates for the cars, as well as their exterior changes? Red Bull has definitely picked up the pace, and their gap to the rest has definitely narrowed. Ferrari and McLaren have also improved. Red Bull and Ferrari have also had significant changes to their rear wing opening system, and Red Bull's front wing has also been modified. These are just the most noticeable details. I'd like to see them in the game.
