f1 2022 crossplay between Steam and Origin on PC

This honestly isn't good enough.  It's 2022, it's bad enough when games aren't cross platform, let alone multiplayer on the same platform.

This is a joke right? YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS RIGHT NOW.

I was able to get a refund for my EA Play Pro yearly membership due to this being false advertisement.

Had to take some time in a chat with EA support but I got my money back within minutes and now bought the game on Steam.

One issue left now: Steam isn't released yet :D

Hi all, so I tried to have a chat with these scammers here and ask for a refund of my EA play pro sub, which was basically bought just to get this game. Of course they refused, to my surprise :D

The reason - I played Grid Champions for 4 hours lol.

So to sum it up:

1. You scammed us by baiting us to your platform
2. You then did not inform us about the lack of "crossplay' if we can even call it that, since it's the first time in my life that I see a PC to PC connection being called crossplay, you cheaters. 
3. You then informed us about that via a damn comment on your forum. And I repeat, you informed us all, 3 hours after the release of the game, that we cannot play on origin and steam together. After all that promotion, a bloody F1 YT channel marketing and many places, all around the world where you could preorder the game both physically and virtually, you decide to use a FORUM POST REPLY to inform us about it, you shameless scammers.
4. And of course, for dessert. You refuse to accept even a partial refund of the service you used to advertise this game on, as of being the best deal possible. You shameless, rude, scammers.
5. AND HOW COULD I FORGET!? We can't even test the lack of crossplay ourselves, because the game is not even launching on either platform, of course it isn't!

There's not much more I can say to you, because you won't even understand how freaking sad this is. You singlehandedly killed THE WHOLE PC community of this game, dividing us between both platforms. We are one of the smallest gaming community ever, by no means. We are sim-drivers, that race each other for years, even decades in some cases, purchasing this game every goddamn year.

I can't come up with the description of anger and hate that I feel towards you, so I will use Michael Scott's quote from The Office.

"Why are you the way that you are? Honestly, every time I try to do something fun or exciting, you make it not that way. I hate so much about the things that you choose to be."

I don't think there' anything you can do to make it right, treat me as the voice of us all, because I can personally ensure you, we all feel just that, doesn't matter if we are league owners like me, drivers, like all my online friends, some even being the best of them. You shameless, rude, blatant scammers.

How? Are both platforms using different servers? Is this because of the EA App? Some explanation would go down lovely as to why PC can't play with PC. One would argue that this isn't xplay or a different platform. Some sense to be made would help us all understand the situation. Please.

This absolutely tombstone my league. I have four divisions with about 80 to 90 active drivers. It fragmented my entire community. They’re about 30 people who bought it on origin and now my league is pretty much cooked
