Missing Champions edition preorder pitcoins

As the title says, I am still missing the pitcoins that was supposed to come with the Champions edition preorder. I believe that was supposed to be 18,000 pit coins. I would like to know if and when this will be resolved, as it is now well in excess of a week since the early access release happened.

Also, I can not seemingly access in the pitcoin store, so this may or may not have something to do with the missing pit coins.

@EA_Barry @EA_Kent @BarryBL If one of you could advise, it would be very much appriciated at this point. As I am currently holding off on playing the game so I can use the pitcoin to unlock the podium pass.

Edit:

I have tried multiple game reinstalls. I purchased through Origin and installed via EA Desktop Beta. I have tried installing and playing from both the Origin App and the EA desktop beta app.

This is seemingly a server side issue, since I cant access the ingame pitcoin store either. Assuming that is connected to the missing pitcoin.

    Further to add to this, I still dont think I have all the included content with the Champions edition either; as I cant see the 2 drivable safety cars. Unless I am looking in the wrong place. Again, it would be great if I could get some feedback on what is happening; as it is beginning to get highly frustrating.

    The teams are currently investigating missing Pitcoin from the Champions Edition via Origin.

    @EA_Barry I still dont have all the content for the preordered champions edition, and there is still a lack of access to the 18,000 pitcoin. I also still can not access the pitcoin store. I normally use the gifted pitcoin from the preorders to get the podium pass stuff, which I currently cant do in F1 22.

    I get that you are activly investigating whats going on with his for Origin/EA desktop users, but it has been 2 whole weeks today since F1 22 early access dropped; and there has yet to be a statement made on this and other issues.

    No one is even updating the "known issues" thread that @EA_Kent started up.

    You still not got a reply im the same as you preordered early and started playing 3 days early I've lost track how many times I've been intouch on twitter and on here i now have the miami content new era content but still no pit coins it's nearly 4 weeks now I have had to buy pit coins in the end to buy in game content podium pass were if I had the 18000 pit coins I wouldn't have to spend my own cash

    Hi Barry. As of 30/07/2022, I still dont have access to the champians edition content, nor do I have the 18,000 pitcoin. I also still can no access the ingame pitcoin store. This is on the EA Desktop/Origin PC version of the game.

    I really would like some help and advice on this.

    Still missing champions edition 18000 pitcoin (PC) asked by support to delete origin cache which I have done but still not there? Is this a scam? It has to be right? considering I received ALL the other content such as wall art and F1 pack etc EVERYTHING except the PITCOIN?

    If you still aren't seeing the bonus content I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. 


    For more info on how you can set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with the team over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

    Hi @EA_Kent ,

    I've spoken to EA Help four times (release and after each patch) regarding never receiving the 18000 Pitcoin from purchasing F1 22 Champion's Edition through the EA App. EA Help has been advising since release day that this is a known issue affecting many players, the development team is working on a fix, there is no target date for a fix, and there is nothing that they can do. They have recommended EA Answers HQ in pursuit of a resolution.

    If the expectation is that EA Help can help solve this problem, direction on what the magic word should be would be much appreciated. If not, I'd recommend not sending people there, as they simply direct people back to EA Answers HQ.
