The team is aware of the issue that there are stability issues with the game upon releasing a coach.

While on the subject of Training bugs, see below. I'm on PS4 Pro. Manager career mode. Also, I'm Peterbourough, not Reading. Not sure why I'd get a Reading crest.

You can't log in to edit it as only EA staff can do this.
You should be able to view it without an account

It’s got to be fixed by now surely? Can anyone confirm or deny? I’m on 23
