Incorrect Playoff Rewards

We had a record of 14-1 in Division 1 play-offs, which should reward us with either 2.3 million or 1.9 million (idk) fans (last time i checked we were 211th). Instead we got 230 000. And 0th place.

Hey, at least we had fun, right? Unfortunately, the inconsistent gameplay is a joke, as it relies heavily on the AI. The levels of randomness I don't even know how to put into words. Don't get me started on the meta tactics. You will lose games, if you try to play realistic football. Also, tell me EA please, why can we still not reconnect to a game? The one game we lost, I got kicked out for having a bad connection for 1 nanosecond, before the game even started. My friend's game crashes every now and then (often) after the kits selection. Oh yeah, and also, if you try to play the game now, you literally cannot progress the season as no points are given for games.

The customization options are a joke and somehow a downgrade from the previous, already scarce selection. The visual glitches the likes of frozen, untextured fans in the stands, or the awful cards that spin inside the fans heads I can take. It's immersion breaking, sure, but not game breaking.

There is no alternative football game we can play. Is this how you treat your customers EA? For the amount of money you've received from this community, you should be thanking us and at least answering our pleas. Skipping future releases if nothing changes in the following days. I'm expecting at least a meaningless apology on Twitter.
