We experienced the same issue as well. Our club was 11-1 heading into the final couple of hours of Playoffs and our remaining matches didn't register, so we missed out on finishing 13-2.
We should've at least finished Top 10 or Top 25 but we got awards for the Participant tier.
Unfortunately, none of the 4 League matches we won over the past few days have counted either. An entire game mode is completely unplayable right now and EA's lack of care and inability to at least communicate to the community they are investigating these issues is beyond disappointing. Treating your consumers as an afterthought reflects poorly on your customer service.
