I am having the same issues. We had 4 games during the playoffs in which we were disconnected from the EA servers right after the final whistle, two wins and two losses, none of those counted. We were able to finish playoffs at 10-5 in div 1 despite the bug. SInce the playoffs (where we finished 0th, with participation rewards), we have played 8 games, won them all with a GD of +14 and still have 0 points in division 5. This truly feels like a ploy to get clubs players over to ultimate team after the abysmal TOTY probably drove away a large number of their playerbase.
I hope this issue is resolved soon, as without clubs I will not have a reason to have this game installed anymore, and no reason to purchase the next game either.
