Incorrect Playoff Rewards

The same happened to us!

We played 8 games that didn't count at all. We tried finishing the 20 games but played 5 in a row that didn't count despite finishing the games.

We left it with 2 games to play. We should have been in top 25% but also finished 0th place!

We also weren't awarding a kit, for promotion from last season. It is ridiculous the lack of updates and content pro clubs get.

It's making us not want to play the game at all cos it's so bugged. I really hope EA actually do something about this soon!

19-1 is what we would've went had it counted. At this point I would buy separate game or pay a subscription for EA to care about this mode. We know FUT makes the money therefore it gets priority, but you don't even give us a chance. I've been playing clubs for around 15 yrs now. It was "Team Play" when I started. I watched the peak around 13, 14, 15 and now it's incredible death spiral. I have ideas of how you can make this mode profitable and worth your time, but you won't listen. This is the world's most popular sport mixed with the world's most popular hobby now of gaming. How is that not a recipe for success? Clubs is the way Football is supposed to be played. Controlling one person and having to work with teammates to make it happen. Not Controlling 11 and the CPU doing most of the work. You already have examples of this in your other games. NHL has cosmetic loot crates that if you implemented on FC would generate money. I must emphasize that this can not be pay to win or enhance your player. That would make this mode unplayable.  Your rating should be earned. How do we not have pro teams of this mode? This should be a spectacle every year. 

Not only has this issue with games not counting blighted the playoffs I see today that results aren't counting now in Divisions. 

Can't get promoted from Div 5 if non of your games count to the season progress.

This is honestly the worst state clubs has ever been in, I used to think the player ages being wrong on cut scenes due to using old code was the height of EAs laziness until this complete lack of acknowledgement of this issue.

This game is practically unplayable at the moment. Please do something.

@W3sst3rTTV Couldn't agree more. EA's inability to see the potential of pro clubs will always be their biggest failure. 

Same thing happened here. Our club was 24-0 this playoffs! It might sound sad/corny, whatever, but we legitimately put our heart and soul into these playoffs because it’s the only thing that matters in Clubs now. 24-0!! And EA didn’t count 5 of the games. Of course we lose our last one and finish “19-1”. Absolutely heartbreaking for the lads. We’re not going to stop playing, but this is just unacceptable. Clubs has been rejuvenated by the player base this year. Like, seriously, we WANT to like ProClubs so bad. Give us some attention. I will spend MONEY on drip for my ProClubs player if you let me. Anything to get you to make ProClubs great.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? We player the playoff last weekend and this week obtaining the results of 12W and 3L, but when we entered to check the results It was saying that we were in the 0° position winning just a few points.
What happens when the bug occurs? We didnt receive our rewards.
What should be happening instead? Receive our rewards

Same here. Lads went 20-0 but only 16 games registered as playoff wins. 

We also had zero rewards, we were on to get 600k fans and we got 60k utter crap!!

Played a collective 6-7 games this playoffs that didn’t count. We’d play and finish the game, be collecting our XP and then get booted to the menus — the game was recognized on the calendar on the front Clubs menu, but our record remained unchanged.
