Given the fact you pre-ordered, I thought you might like the best chances to play until they fix it.
I'm surprised you did preorder though, as you seem to be aware this game often releases with issues.
Your choice though - now it's about how you deal with it. If you'd rather moan and take your frustrations out on other users then that's your prerogative, but it's unlikely to do anything.
I haven't purchased the game, so have no need to vent at EA or other people. If the game doesn't receive the attention it needs, I just won't buy it.
I have no reason to 'let them know they messed up'. I vote with my wallet.
And I'm certainly not looking for reward lol. Offering and helping 1 person is enough. It didn't cost me anything.

There's no need to keep this conversation going though. I'm not going to suddenly agree with everything your saying, because I've never really disagreed.
You posted an issue, I posted a possible fix and followed up with confirmation it works.
I'm not here to converse about the troubles with buying a game I haven't purchased.
