problem getting online information

try to go into the drop in lobby and it says 'there was a problem getting your online information. please try again later'. its been saying this for the entire day. any ideas on what to do?

    had this issue and just found a fix 

    join any club a public one and then go into a drop ins game it’s worked for me and after the game leave club and it should let you play still hope this helps

    Ive been getting the same message every year if this isnot sorted out then this is the last fifa i ever buy .

    September 2024 and this issue is still a thing.. Just got it today and can't fix it. Tried changing crossplay settings, turning off the internet and back on again, and also joining a public club. Nothing works.
