Can't pre order FC 24
Hi
I have ea play and fifa 23 and I have money on my Microsoft account.
When I try to pre order the FC 24 ultimate edition it says I can't use the account balance and only gives the option of redeeming a gift card.
If I try to pre order the standard edition the option to use Microsoft account balance is available.
Why can't I purchase the ultimate edition in the same way as is available for the standard edition?
