I've seen the Career deep dive and I'd like to ask about some features that me and many other fellow players worldwide have been asking for ages.1) bench size: I don't know what kind of football (soccer) championships the developers are following, but years ago football rules are been updated. They update the number of substitutes on the bench. Having only seven players is very limited, because some good players and young ones couldn't fit in the subs and we have to leave them for the most of the season as reserves. This impact a lot on their average level and mood (they want to go elsewhere), because they have very few chances to play. This could be an easy fix simply letting 10-12 players on the bench. We could also have more choices during the match, also because there are 5 substitutions now and not 3 anymore. I don't think it's too difficult to make this happen, or to adjust the rule for every championship. You did a lot harder stuff, you can update this really bad thing.2) other coaches: It was totally irrealistic that all the coaches of all the teams stay in that team for 10 or more seasons. It's just absdurd. It'd be more realistic if they can be fired and change teams like the players and other staff.Also it's ridicolous that some coaches don't have real nor fake names. We're tired of speaking about "[Napoli coach]" in the interviews instead that with some name and surname guy (even fake it's better than nothing).3) injuries: I hope you put more random injuries during the seasons, because regardless it's bad having an injury it's also part of the game. Since there is the career mode I always been able to complete entire seasons (like 8-10 seasons in a row) with just 3-4 injuries. I know the injuries are bad, but they exist, and if you want to make a game realistic (like Football Manager for the managing mode), you should put more random injuries through the season (even small muscle injuries).4) footballers data: It'd be nice if any player (at least the ones playing in the competitions your team is in during the season) could have a history data with his number of games, goals and assists during that season and past seasons (from the first one you play perhaps). Like the recap we already have for our players in the current season, but for all the players. Does it require too much memory?5) transfers: Maybe you fixed it already. We'd like to have more choices in terms of transfers, like loans with mandatory purchase or the "right to purchase", without any obbligation, and more options for the contracts.6) national teams: Why am I doing interviews before a Coppa Italia match against some Serie B team, and I don't have an interview when I play the World Cup final with my national team?! Come on.We'd really like to speak directly with the development team to ask these things or to understand why they chose to make it like this. You could do the best and most complete football game ever. Come on

We goalkeepers need answers for 2 simple questions1. Has the goalkeeper Pro Camera bug been fixed in player career mode. I have personally made mods improving it for FIFA 22 and FIFA 23 but there are limits to what I can do and this is a £60+, Triple A title. Everyone should agree (including you Community Managers) it would be unreasonable to expect your fanbase to suffer the broken camera for three installments in a row.2. Have you made it so goalkeepers can only be substituted when red carded or injured badly. It should go without saying that goalkeepers rarely get substituted out of a match in real life. Its frustrating and unnecessary that in FIFA 23 we get subbed off during the second half. Again, community managers you should agree that this is something that should be addressed.These two improvements are the absolute bare minimum that should have been fixed. If they haven't been, then you should understand when I say internally a someone or a group of people needs to be reprimanded because goalkeepers should not have to suffer this for a third FIFA in a row.I am the Modder who created the GK Camera FIX mod for FIFA 22 and 23, please don't make me spend more of my precious time improving a feature for free when it should be handled by the paid professionals. I mod out of passion and respect for the effort the devs put into the game, please take these criticisms on the chin, seriously, and fix these two easy to verify and (probably) not too difficult to fix issues.I would appreciate if you could get this info to the devs community managers and a response on here confirming that would be excellent. What's there to like about career mode. It is nothing new. Is there any significant changes outside of adding coaches, no.
Well done on once again re-skinning career mode.
Ive been playing since fifa 11. How is it that the game feels like it's gone backwards. When was the last time something new was added that actually made it feel like a new mode.
Where is the love for the people that enjoy game modes that is NOT ULTIMATE TEAM. each year it seems like it's a halfed bake jobs whilst the money is just loaded into the money making scheme.
For the most part the game play works however the users goalkeepers are busted
The goalkeepers can not save anything, a plank of wood would be more useful. they can not rush out, they can not save simple shots. And apparently they get stuck on players when trying to claim a ball from crosses, corners, free kicks or second balls.
A personal gripe of mine. Maybe some others as well.
WHAT IS UP WITH THE NAME POOL FOR REGENS AND YOUTH PLAYERS.
I am so sick of sending scouts out as someone who wants to play using randomly generated Youth players and getting a full return of players with the same surnames. Or names that don't accurately even correspond to the correct nation. It can not be hard surely to go online find names and put them in the game.
Over the years I have heard so many good suggestions, from fans of the games on how to improve the overall feal of the career mode, yet not once have I ever seen anything implemented that anyone has said (YouTube Rs that play career mode for a living or fans of the game outside Ultimate team) I'm guessing cause we aren't constantly buying into the online gambling we don't matter as much.
I was really looking forward to hopefully playing something better this year. Considering I haven't brought the last few games now. Just maybe I was the fool for thinking a rebrand would mean The game would've had some effort put into it this year.
I was really hoping you'd turn out more than just a recycling company. I am greatly disappointed. I am unsure if I'll play another EA game cause its just disappointment after dussapointment these days. You used to make good games for the fans.
I imagine this will get deleted I'm not sure how it works on here. Maybe it won't but it felt good to share.
