Career mode no yellow or red cards, same as the injury?

I am having the same issue. referee will not give me any cards, red or yellow. is there a way to fix this issue?
@CampasaurousRex Make sure they are turned on in the settings under the "rules" section. If they already are, not sure why, seems odd.
