Cross play
I have a Xbox series s and I wanna play with someone with a ps5 but when trying it says not compatible but we both have cross play on
what can I do to fix this?

Hey @Perrydeez93 Can I ask which game you are trying to play in cross-play mode?

Can you both check if you have the correct version of the game installed on your console? Sometimes players install the Gen4 version of the game, which could lead to similar issues.

Try to disable and enable cross-play a couple of times and see if that will help re-sync your account again. Remove your friends from the friend list and invite them again through the game. Test all cross-play supporting game modes.
