Division Rivals game starting issue

I have noticed over the past week, Rivals is almost unplayable as the game would attempt to load in, but be unable to start. 19 out of 20 games would be found by matchmaking, only for the game to crash citing server issues, and would revert me back to the Rivals menu. 

What's the point of waiting 3, 4, 5 or even up to 7 hours, for 1 playable game of Rivals. All because of what I assume is the EA servers being unable to load the game. EA eaning so much money, yet being unwilling to dedicate more stable servers, any other gaming company would have gone down by now. 

Please EA I implore you to listen to this feedback, your data of number of games played is fake, as the games did not actually fully play, they crash out immediately after matchmaking, and 1 contract per player is gone. Please just create more servers, improve your servers for all regions. You earn more than enough to help your users in this aspect. Thank you.
