ea fc 25 dual entitlement, how to make it work

i bought ea fc 25 ps4 version since dual entitlement means I can use both ps5 and ps4 versions. Still I only see ps5 trial version, not the full one. How to get full ps5 version? The dual entitlement...

You should be able to uninstall the trial and go to:

Library, Your Collection

To download/install either PS4 or PS5 version of the game, thanks.

    I have to download it again????? Means I cannot play today with slow internet☹️ how sad, usually trials just need a key or something since the game is downloaded already.

      Or can I install ps5 game from ps4 disc? It would be faster

    Okay, since the lack of response, I deleted the ps5 trial. Now it only shows I can download the trial again. Any way to get refund? I'll just buy the ps5 version
