Hi I want pre order ea fc 25 on my debit card will it charge me straight away and how do I know when I can play the game

The Ultimate Edition comes with 7 days of early access (So on the 20th). If you have EA Play, you'll get access to a 10 hour trial on the 20th too. But if you just preorder the standard edition, you'll need to wait for the worldwide release on the 27th.

Looking at things, it depends on where you prepurchase the game from. I'm guessing you're thinking of buying it via Xbox, and looking at their preorder policy:
