EA FC24 Dual Entitlement Issue PS5

I have bought the physical copy of the EA Sports FC 24 standard edition on PS5 and it's mentioned through their dual entitlement program, that it's available for physical and digital copies so as long you get a version you get the other supposedly.

The problem is, I don't have the option now to download the PS4 version digitally because I want to play with my friends on the PS4.

Is there any way I can redeem the PS4 version since I already bought the PS5 one?

    @kizofcb Certainly! If you've purchased the physical copy of EA Sports FC 24 for PS5 and it's part of the Dual Entitlement program, you should be eligible to download the PS4 version digitally at no extra cost. Here's what you can do:

    1. Insert your physical PS5 disc into your PS5 console.

    2. Navigate to the game hub for FC 24.

    3. There should be an option there to redeem or download the PS4 version. If it's available, it should be clearly marked.

    4. After redemption, you can download the PS4 version to your PS4 console or any other compatible device using your account.

    I have already tried contacting EA Live support as the option wasn't there. They told me to contact PS support but even after that, they still didn't respond.

    @kizofcb I have the same problem, EA also told me that I have to contact PS support, but later PS support told me to contact EA. Do you get and solution?

    I have the same problem as well. I thought it was because I've played with the EA Play before so the game was already installed. I tried to uninstall the game and put the disc back in, but they don't ask me which version I want, it's automatically the PS5 version.
