the game is garbage. the competition must accept no one has ever seen such a bad game. a shot is a goal, without defense or attack, simply nothing.

- @Riditelvesmiru I needed to take to a forum such as this to explain the issues I'm having. Players are slow, turning like trucks.. For a brief time I remember being able to be athletic and move freely without feeling impeded by the game, but now no matter what I do I feel my inputs/response is delayed and laggy. It's not an internet issue, its a player mechanics issue within the game. Players stuck in mud and turning like trucks. EA - in an attempt to make the game more realistic they slowed the game down to an unrealistic speed. Players like Haaland and Foden should be able to slice defenders up with their speed and passing tactics, regardless of skill moves, there has to be better player response and attacking AI. It's abysmal. For a while I lived with it as if it was "just how the game was" but I'm done doing that. I feel as if I've lost my competitive edge in this game. I see it happen to my opponents too from a reverse perspective, even if I score a goal, I tell myself, "the game shouldn't have given me that one". Even when I score a goal or have a successful drive resulting in a goal, I'm left unsatisfied because of the incompleteness of the movements. Something was tweaked that shouldn't have been within the last two patches on XBSX. I've heard similar things from PS5 players, as it could be an issue with next-gen entirely. Either way, it's unacceptable, and EA is going to see BIG drops in player numbers if these issues persist.
@Riditelvesmiru The game is atrocious. I'm either scoring loads of goals or their keeper is saving every single shot that I hit, shots that would have hit the back of the net in any other game. I thought it was me at first. I'm not saying I'm a great player but some games I'll hit a shot that would have normally resulted in a goal and it goes miles over the bar. The commentator will say "He opted for power instead of placement", when I hadn't even put that much power on the shot
- @MountainMid it was a kick and run game until now and most users see the game as garbage. it's about time that even players who are creative and cannot be overtaken by defense can also play the game. to also build some strategy strategies for conquering the defense is absolutely missing in the game.
Try downloading something when u feel sluggish.Like you start downloading a game from store.Pause it.Start fifa.once the actual gameplay starts.just after 5-10 secs ,resume downloading.I know how frustration that was and than i came across this solution.Just try it.U need ur connection to be a little bad to get equal response as opponenet
