It's only gotten worse as well. When I first actually got into it, there was game commentary but then I noticed the stupid "trial" crap. That started the entire rabbit hole.
I've been hacked twice and as you've said no option to speak to them about the issue, it won't let me continue to chat about my refund just a "Waiting for player" I've lost 220k, they agreed the first hack of 96k (not received) now its like they have blocked me from talking to them.
They are the useless
