I do know that we can start playing the game on Sept 22 (preorder), but is there a chance you can give us some info on the web/ companion app?

Can you mention an approximate time, the web app will be released at?
- @CR7Begu Web App should be released by latest 6PM BST. Based on last year, it was out little bit earlier on the day. Hope this helps the RTG.
I bought the ultimate edition but can't use web app,why?I got the same problem. I bought it at the ea app.

Same here. Exact same error.
I got this error when trying to log in
This is constant.. even though I'm in good standing with EA, have my FIFA 23 linked to this, my purchased for ultimate edition on the same account.
I'm lost at what to try next.
