Exchange or Put in SPC?

I was wondering if anyone knows if it’s better to put duplicate 85+ cards in some kind of upgrade SBC or just do the exchange SBC. Also, if exchanges are better, are the lower ones (85-86) better or worse than the higher ones (88-89)?

@ZoFop If you have any player SBC to complete then use your 85+ players into them. Otherwise, exchange SBC is quite good sometimes.Also, you can think of using them into 83+ TOTW Player Pick.
