FC Points
I contacted EA Help several times but now it doesnt allow me to resume case by going into live chat.
Yesterday night, i bought FC Points like i usually do. I bought 2800 FC Points for 3 times which means i should have got 8400 FC Points in total. But i got NONE! I got an error saying "THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH THE FC STORE CHECKOUT".
But the issue is, money left my bank account. EA Help agents asked tons of screenshots as proof of my purchase and i provided them, as i provide them in this thread too.
1) Transaction details (Of all 3 purchases)
2) Transaction history (Of all 3 purchases)
3) Profile details of my PSN Account
4) SS of services so i prove that money was transferred through playstation
I provided every single screenshot of these and then EA Help said i should wait some time for FC Points to show up. I waited but guess what? It didn't show up because any sane person can understand that there is an issue between playstation's purchase notification and ea. Even though i bought it and PS shows it, EA servers gave me an error "THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH THE FC STORE CHECKOUT" which means they didn't get it. So someone manually needs to give me my FC Points.
It's such a simple thing to do but i got no help from EA side. I already opened 3 cases and had hours of live chat with EA Agents but zero help.
Please EA, i paid money for FC Points so i think i should be able to get them! Someone with a higher authority please help me!
