FC Points

I contacted EA Help several times but now it doesnt allow me to resume case by going into live chat. 

Yesterday night, i bought FC Points like i usually do. I bought 2800 FC Points for 3 times which means i should have got 8400 FC Points in total. But i got NONE! I got an error saying "THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH THE FC STORE CHECKOUT". 

But the issue is, money left my bank account. EA Help agents asked tons of screenshots as proof of my purchase and i provided them, as i provide them in this thread too. 

1) Transaction details (Of all 3 purchases)

2) Transaction history (Of all 3 purchases)

3) Profile details of my PSN Account

4) SS of services so i prove that money was transferred through playstation

I provided every single screenshot of these and then EA Help said i should wait some time for FC Points to show up. I waited but guess what? It didn't show up because any sane person can understand that there is an issue between playstation's purchase notification and ea. Even though i bought it and PS shows it, EA servers gave me an error "THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH THE FC STORE CHECKOUT" which means they didn't get it. So someone manually needs to give me my FC Points.

It's such a simple thing to do but i got no help from EA side. I already opened 3 cases and had hours of live chat with EA Agents but zero help.

Please EA, i paid money for FC Points so i think i should be able to get them! Someone with a higher authority please help me!

    2. Social Media: Consider reaching out to EA's customer support on platforms like Twitter. Public platforms sometimes get quicker responses because they're visible to a larger audience.

    3. Refund through PlayStation: If EA is not able to provide a solution in a reasonable time frame, consider reaching out to PlayStation support. They might be able to offer a refund or further assistance since the transaction occurred through their platform.

    4. Persistence: It's unfortunate, but sometimes being persistent is the key. Continue reaching out to EA's help channels.

    Lastly, remember to always stay calm and respectful in your communications, even when frustrated. It tends to result in more favorable outcomes.

    I keep trying to contact EA Help but they are not helping. I showed tens of evidence photos about my purchase and nobody helped me because EA Help agents dont have the authority to put FC points into my account. I'm actually helpless rightnow. I don't even know what to do because i cant create a new case or go into live chat. EA Help page shows no help right now.

  • As you can see from the photo, the website doesnt allow me to go to live chat or open a new case. Thats why i have written here. Can you help me? Why doesnt the website allow me to open a case or go into live chat?

    @derings10 If you are still having trouble, try a different browser and then try this link; I'm sure you will then be able to see the chat option.

    Yeah when i log out and try anonymously it shows up, but it doesnt show up when i sign in. Why is that? Am i shadow banned from ea help lol?

    yes you are shadow banned happened to me also a while ago because EA is a garbage company who care only about micro transactions than problems with the garbage game and this forum is a joke because they dont adrress the problems what comutinty are asking them

  • I actually cant belive this lmao they really dont care about me. I literally paid money and cant get my fc points. I lost my money for nothing. They ask for service list but the service list is not showing the date. So because of a mistake by Playstation, i can’t get my fc points. Amazing…

    I know, there customer service is trash. Hope you get your money back. 

    And hopefully you learn something from this. Deinstall the game and quit this garbage game.

    Take your loss, the game is broken and will not be fixed this year. to many issues and they clearly dont care.
