FC24 online seasons quit cheat

@JABZ013 I did wonder if this was some sort of hack or a glitch with the game. I'm not a great player, in the lower divisions but I have seen this happen a lot, even more so recently. I was winning 6-1 yesterday and I wondered why my opponent hadn't just rage quit like I would have done as the game was so one sided after my opponent scored the opening goal. Then just as the 6th goal was hitting the back of the net I got the quit pop up and it didn't class as a win, lose or draw. The player shows up in my recently met section, but EA only give you the option to report the persons user name. There's been games where it hasn't been so one sided and I've really had to work hard to take the lead in the second half and this has happened too. It's so frustrating. I don't see the point in cheating in a game like this, because you are never going to improve at the game.

Having to go to recently met and taking the offenders ID then posting on this forum shouldn’t be my burden, I’m the player who bought the game.. any glitches should fall solely on EA to fix.. making their fault in the game my problem is unacceptable. I used my money to buy the game so they got their profit it’s ridiculous that they want me to handle their admin. No ways does that 

take sense. To make it fair,  if they expect me to handle their admin they should pay me a fee coz I’m doing their job for them

@EA_Mat make us understand why the responsibility falls on the person who used their money to buy the game.. when it’s a software glitch on your behalf
