Fc24 switch can’t connect to servers

Sorry but that‘s an error on your side. I never had any connection issues. Are you also playing other video games with that wifi? Sometimes it‘s a wrong port that has been selected and does not allow connection to a video game server

My daughter has exactly the same issue with her FC24 switch version.
She can go to youtube, play other games online with her firends, but still can't connect to the ea servers !!!
Please, provide us a quick fix and stop to tell us the issue is on our own...
