Fc24 switch can’t connect to servers
Took our excited son to eb games on launch day to pick up his pre ordered game, and have proceeded to spend hour after hour trying to get it to connect to the servers so he can use the online feature...

EA is garbage! They haven't replied back with any assistance to your post, and no ability to connect to FC24 online features. And you're right the only suggestion is to reset the router after reading the small book they refer to as "help." Here read all of this "help" and educate about "Connection Quality." But my PS5 never once had an issue ever playing FC24 online. It's the switch platform and needs to be addressed and remedied.
