Fc24 ultimate team SLOW

How comes 50% of all my games in rivals/champions my players are so extremly slow, also aproximatly 50% of my games i start my game with my sprint botton sluggish, i cant use it. I can only push it down 50%. The other teams players who are alot slower, like 70 in pace runs past my player with 92 pace. 

I get penaltys against me while not even pressing any botton to tackle, my goalkeeper saves EVERY shot to a corner. My players misses open goals. If i lead a game, everything gets * up, i cant get a hold of the ball, start missing every shot, every pass. 

My network is stable by cable, maximum 12-14ms in every game.

i need awnsers, most of all why my R2 botton is sluggish fifty percent of my games.
