FINAL WARNING: 12 Days Lockout - EA Failed the 48-Hour Deadline (Case: 23994094)
This is an update for the community and EA Staff.
The 48-hour final window I gave to EA Support has expired. Today is April 11th, and it has been 12 DAYS since the "DisplayName field missing" error locked me out of the game I paid for.
Even though EA_Barry admitted a 'misunderstanding' in my previous thread, NO TECHNICAL ACTION was taken. I am still locked out.
My actions as of now:
- I have officially started a Chargeback process with my bank for 'Service Not Rendered'.
- Due to this 12-day harassment and incompetence, I am now demanding EA SPORTS FC 26 as compensation to settle this matter.
I gave EA every chance to fix this professionally. They chose to give me copy-paste excuses instead of a technical fix.
