Hey everyone,
We already have an active related to Hero Pick releasing an 86+ instead of 87+ issue.
At the moment, the issue is still under investigation, and we have no further updates to share.
As soon as we get more information, we will share it with you in this thread.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while participating in the 87+ Hero SBC. My username is MHSH22. Recently, I completed the 87+ Hero SBC with high hopes of obtaining an 87+ rated player. However, to my disappointment, I received an 86+ rated player instead. Despite this discrepancy, I have not received any form of compensation for the error. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I would appreciate it if you could look into the issue and provide the compensation I am entitled to as per the terms of the SBC. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of the issue.
give me my packs please for 4 x compensations which are hero picks. give me them please and thank you
- @EA_LeonSK could you please resolve this issue fast as possible I have been waiting for a while and you got my hopes up untill you made me wait extra time so please give everyone the promised compensation that was supposed to be given
I completed all 87 +hero player picks before they got removed
I got 86 picks in them . . .one pack was so bad I ended up picking the ACTUAL 86 ledley king card over the other choices. . . .are you releasing the compensation in batches or have I been mistakenly forgotten?
It's the not knowing that's the worst part . Completely in the dark . . . Nobody knows whats going on !!!!!!
