How do i get all my money back spent on FC 24 points?

Question

Title says it all really. How do I go about getting a full refund for the game and all money spent on FC points to date on EA FC24? I have spent nearly £200 on FC points during TOTY promo to pack a TOTY @ max 5% probability via store packs to no avail.

There was a SBC yesterday that gave 33% odds of packing TOTY messi. I didn't get to the SBC within the 10 minutes it was live and therefore have missed out on the chance and odds to pack myself a TOTY messi at 33% probability. Your terms and conditions state that the game must be fair for all who play and you (EA) have not kept you promise in this regard.

Thousands if not 10's of thousands now have TOTY messi which would of been fine if the full player base got the chance to do the same pick with THE SAME OF ODDS.

By taking the SBC down after 10 mins and not letting the whole community complete it has nullified your own agreement and terms and conditions as this is clearly not fair.

How do I get a full refund?

You can only return the same game twice. Once you've gotten two refunds for a game, you can buy it again—but you won’t be able to get a third refund.
If you bought a bundle of games, including games with extra content, all games and content have to be returned together.

Certain game editions that include virtual currency and/or content packs are excluded from the Great Game Guarantee.

Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately.

@Arrownflash I posted on here two days ago that EA could simply remove all TOTY Messi cards that were erroneously awarded in the faulty pack. Their terms and conditions allow this but instead they chose inaction. Additionally, they cite the need for a fair gaming experience for all and their decision to not correct the error, has created an unfair experience and is simply hypocritical on their part. I'm in the same situation as you and will be seeking compensation. I am planning on contacting them directly. One final thing. The response by EA_Barry to your post demonstrates their lack of customer service. There was not. There was no response to your concerns, but rather what appears to be a general copy and paste answer.

99.3% players is not as important as 0.7%&nbsp; that got toty messi. Its so weird they choose to anger 99.3% of community rather than just 0.7%.. Im truly happy for people that got messi i got nothing againts you we just want justice and today there is no justice
