How to cancel a refund for ea fc

hi last night i bought the ea fc 24 and it didnt show up at my libary then i thought i was doing something wrong and i bought the game again and when i checked my orders i saw that i bought the game twice then i refunded them both and ask for a live support chat and live chat didnt show up so i wanna cancel one of my refunds to play my game bc the discount is ending on 28th of november and i have to wait 10 days to get my money back im stuck rn and none of the ea services is halipng me
