How to make complaint to EA
Hi, how do you go about lodging a complaint about an appeal outcome ? I got all my FC24 coins taken by FC24 for selling/buying coins but have never done what they have said instead I have forked out over £1700 in the last 6 weeks since it became free on PlayStation plus to load into the game after work on 17/6 for close to 7million coins taken, I thought I was hacked to got intouch with EA.Help to be told I was sanctioned for violating the rules, when I appealed the decision it was knocked back after I explained I don’t know what I had done to be sanctioned, on the next appeal I provided PlayStation transactions of me buying fifa points in the 7 days prior to to the sanction which was over £500 alone an asked if they could provide me with details of how I broke the rules as I was none of the wiser an could easily make the same mistake again, they returned with email in the file provided, that they could not provide me with details and the sanction still stood….. I was still lost to how EA could treat a paying customer this way and just take everything I paid for without reason 😪 I got in touch with EA.help again and got told that this appeal would be my last as you can only have 3, I mentioned if it went to the same people/bots that done the last appeal I have no luck and wasn’t wrong they came back and said matter was closed…. I’m in total shock at the way that EA treated me and can only say I have played fifa online for many years and have always played the same I don’t play online as I get to stressed out and 10 controllers later figured out squad battles is the safest way to play for me, I have spent thousands over the years on fifa points and never got value for my money but since it came on PlayStation plus my luck was crazy, I packed Pele 97 and a lot of high value cards so with over 6 million in the account from opening packs I tried trading the euro cards as they was low and knew they had a good chance of getting an upgrade so purchased 5x Trossard 93 for 1,050,00 coins each an couple days later put them up for 1.200.00 in 12hr sale while I went to sleep then work but when I woke in the morning 2 had sold an had 2.4m in account an 3 left to sell while at work, then return home to be robbed and no excuse as to why, I have traded an lost money many times before so is it that I made a profit that I got sanctioned ? I’m lost as to what I can do to recover my coins that I paid for in a legitimate way, I will never spent another penny on any EA products in the future an just can’t leave losing so much money for no apparent reason so please help 🙏
