I don't get the EA FC24 download option

I bought the Standard edition of Ea FC24, however, when I try to download it or so, it won't let me, because it tells me if I want to upgrade to EA play pro. (This is because I bought EA play to play 10 hours before) However, should it let me pre-download the game or do I have to wait until the 29th for it to let me download and play?

I have the same problem too it says ea play trial expired, im unable to preload the game even though i have purchased the full game.
