Injuries sliders still broken

Why is every injury a broken toe?

Its been like this for years...  Everyone out 3 months.  Even though the severity of the injury slider in testing was dropped to 30, then to 25 then 20.   

Frequency of Injuries 90-95  because they never occur when set at 50-80.

With a severity of 20, there shouldnt be so many 3 month injuries.  Those sliders have been messed up for years. Injuries are a major part of the game and adjusting sliders doesnt produce enough of a variance.   So the game itself is basically set for almost no injuries for UT.  When playing on any other mode, ie. CM, the injuries are flawed.
