Is the EASports24 FC pro tournament PS only?

So I followed https://events.ea.com/fc-pro/ after getting to division 4 and I get the errors message ;

"Please link your associated PlayStation account

*Please fill in your first and last name"

So is it just a PlayStation tournament? And wouldn't it have been a sensible idea to not promote it on the Xbox news screen?!

I was looking forward to it as well!
