Although I can see my friend is online, I am not able to invite him to play with me on any of the modes:
1v1 friendly, season co-op, or ultimate co-op.
is there a way to fix this? Or did EA overpromised on multiplayer mode?
I’m experiencing the same issue, can see them on friends list but unable to invite for co-op or friendlies.
Hi all so it was user error 🤦🏽♂️ I am on pc trying to play with friends on Xbox, later on I tried to play with a friend that is on play station and had no issues. My friends on Xbox realized they downloaded the wrong version… hence not compatible with cross play.
Be mindful you can only cross play same level of system to same level ie ps4 cant cross play with ps5, and same for xbox new gen to xbox one. If you both have same version of xbox, both of you triple check you downloaded the latest version as opposed to prior generation, it happened to my friend. Nice feature if you have an old xbox gen in living room and new one in bedroom, but can be tricky playing online!

Does that mean I can't play against a family member who has the xbox s while i have am xbox one, ? We also game share so its the same version game of fc24
