I've been falsely banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating.

Hi everyone, I would like to start off by explaining the situation I'm in. About a month ago, I've received an email saying that I've been banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating. I've since been applying for appeal to lift my ban, however to no avail I was rejected from time to time for 10 times. After the 2nd attempt, I've only been receiving the same automated rejection letter which indicates that they did not review my account accordingly. To clarify, I don't believe that my level of gameplay was that of a cheater's nor did I install any third party software. If my gameplay was reviewed, it would be evident that no cheats have been used. It is in my principles that I always play the games fair and square according to the rules and guidelines stated in order to create a friendlier environment for the community.
