My done sbcs that I’ve completed have gone missing

Hi

i started playing eafc 24 web app today and completed foundations v and completed three of them which was :

Defensively development
Advancing attack

Multi league and nation

but when I’ve logged back on it’s says I haven’t done them ?

any help will be much appreciated
