Pc Massive Fps Drops During Cut Scenes

Hi guys. Ever since a certain update on Ea Fc 24 on December l've been getting massive fps drops on cut scenes and animations. I checked everything and I'm certain it's the lack of optimization for ea on pc. I tried rolling back to old drivers | even did an extensive heat sink thermal paste change and other maintenance on my pc. I can nearly play on medium graphics when I have a 3050 Ti when before that update which i dont remember I was playing alr at ultimate graphics. I tried everything online I have updated my bios and drivers. Atp it's rly just a game issue. Any recommendations?
