Playstation EAFC 24 dual entitlement

Hye. I wanna ask question about EAFC 24 dual entitlement for playstation.

first of all, i live in malaysia. I have ps4 & ps5. I want to play fut on ps5.but for proclub/clubs i want to play on ps4 because some of my friends still using ps4.

so based my reading on eafc website,there will be various type of version for EAFC 24 standard edition which is:

1. PS4 version with free upgrade to ps5 version [standard edition] / [disc]
2. ps5 version w/out dual entitlement (not include ps4 version) [standard edition] / [disc]
3. Ps4/ps5 [standard edition] / [digital] - entitle for dual entitlement

I prefer to buy for standard edition/disc. So to be safe, i need to buy ps4 version with free upgrade to ps5 right? Because local gaming store at my place said, ps5 disc version only support for ps5.not include ps4 version.is it right?

or there are another version for ps5 which support dual entitlement?

please help me to make a decision to buy which one. Im really confused
